I'm Durgesh Jain — a coach, educator and mentor based in Delhi NCR. My 13+ year career began in the classroom, teaching primary students and English to Grades IX–X, and grew into leading kindergarten programmes, counselling families through school admissions and training teachers across school networks.

Along the way I have managed academic operations across 31 franchise centres, trained more than 100 teachers and led teams in EdTech. Each role has rested on the same things: listening carefully, building trust with parents, students and colleagues, and mentoring people to do their best work.

That mix of teaching, parent counselling, team leadership and stakeholder relationships shapes how I approach coaching and learning today — practical, patient and focused on real progress.
